The dispatch of your order with the DHL or another carrier of our choice to the currently valid conditions. The calculation of the packing and shipping according to weight. From an order value of € 100 we ship your order free shipping (only for orders within Germany).

Shipping by forwarding: 
As for the shipping of Formicarien size 60x30x30cm we will immediately after your purchase. Delivery is from one of our agents forwarding free doorstep, the suppliers are not obliged to store the goods until the flat to carry. For the damage-free delivery is liable to transportation. Therefore, control of supply in the presence of the forwarding-time is essential. Only then should the flawless delivery receipt. Please remember that because later Reclamations delivery without damage to the supplier no longer can be considered.

Attention: 
The shipment of live animals is carried out only within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark and the Netherlands, and against approval in Switzerland. The remaining items will be shipped only within Europe. 

Note for our Swiss customers: 

Since Switzerland does not belong to the EU, they receive all the items net. You then pay for delivery by their postmen 7.9% sales tax and import duty if necessary. At the level we do not have influence. Please note that any fees for third party fees from the customer of them are failing can cause unnecessary delivery delays.
